My role in the community: Programming (further development of Qrisp), workshops
I'm currently leading the project "Qompiler - Standardised Quantum Software Stack", where the development of Qrisp initially started. So quantum programming languages is obviously one of my main research interests, along with ion trap based quantum computers and compilation strategies for them. I also like to think about how to best teach the complex concepts of quantum computing and quantum algorithms, which is exactly part of the Thinq Qrisp Community.
I'm with Fraunhofer FOKUS for more than three years now, and before that did my masters degree in physics in Siegen.
